Welcome to the ECJF Help Page!
The first thing you want to do is set up your parent/guardian account. In order to set up the account, you will need:
- A user name and password
- Health insurance provider and policy number
- Family physician and telephone number
- Emergency contact and telephone number
Once you have this information in hand, go to My Account (also located at the upper right hand corner of your screen). Click on My Account and then Create Account.
Immediately above the Account Information (health insurance etc) there is a check box about emails for special events, offers and promotions. Please DO NOT uncheck this box. It is required by the website hosting service in order to comply with anti-spam legislation however, if you uncheck the box, we will not be able to communicate with you via email. Please leave the box checked and know that your personal information will be used for ECJF business only.
Once you have saved your account information, you will receive a confirmation email and will be sent to the my account page. At this point return to Register, Program Registration and select the program(s) you want to register for.
Football:
You will need to add your child(ren) as additional people on the account in order to register them for football/camps. Please do not register the primary account holder (parent/guardian) for the youth programs!
- In order to register for football, you will need the following information:
- ACCURATE weight and height for the participant
- Date of birth
- First and second choice for jersey number (available until May 1)
- Team choice for the fall season (based on the Weight/Age Table, found under the About tab of this website)
To find your child's team, take his age as of August 31 of this year in the left column, slide across until you find a weight cap that he doesn't exceed. Please remember that NJFL rules do not allow a player to play above his weight cap. Once you have found the correct team, add it to your cart and either continue shopping (register for additional programs) or proceed to checkout.
Summer Camps:
Eastside Catholic will be offering the traditional summer camps as well as Spring camps for players entering the 7th, 8th and 9th grades. As always, players registerin for ECJF will be given a discount on thier summer camp fees.
Volunteer:
Just below the pictures at the top of the page is a Volunteer button. If you go to that page you will see that there are several organization-level volunteer opportunities available. If you would like to volunteer for one of these positions, just click on the position and it will be added to your cart (at no charge!). When you check out, you will be asked if you would like to volunteer at the team level (coaching, Gridiron Parent, ad hoc volunteer).
Checkout:
At checkout you will be asked to fill in specific participant information (weight, DOB, medical history etc). You will also be required to check the box agreeing to 4 waivers/policies for football (liability, emergency treatment, refund policy, equipment return) and similar waivers for football camps. Please read them all carefully before accepting. Finally, you will enter your payment information. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you listed when you set up your account. If you do not receive this email, your registration has not been processed. If you encounter problems with the registration process, please send an email to info@eastsidejuniorfootball.org and we will respond ASAP.
Final Thought:
On-line registration is a new process for ECJF but one that we needed to help get the program to the next level. We have spent a great deal of time working through the on-line registration process in the hopes that it all goes smoothly. However, it is possible that there is still a glitch somewhere in the system. If you do encounter a problem, please send an email to info@eastsidejuniorfootball.org, with a phone number where we can reach you and we will try to get you an answer as soon as possible.
